Here an order for a ‘Big Mac and medium fries’ would be greeted by suggesting to a customer the nearest Extra value Meal alternative that would cost a little more than the original order but give better overall value. Suggestive selling aims to increase as the substitute offered includes other items, such as drink fries and others.The counter person delivered the order in to the till.
